PERM
All states are required by CMS to participate in PERM reviews. Rushmore’s knowledge of Medicaid and CHIP gives us the ability to assist states in meeting these requirements. Our PERM reviews provide states with an in-depth analysis of the causal factors for both technical and payment errors that permits Rushmore to assist in the development of corrective action plans targeted at the verifiable cause of the problems and sets Rushmore apart from other contractors.

- Develop sampling plan;
- Create stratified sample;
- Conduct quality review for sample accuracy;
- Manage flow of case files;
- Conduct eligibility reviews;
- Conduct payment reviews;
- Prepare and submit all required CMS reports;
